SCC offers a broad array of Construction Management Services. During the preconstruction phase we will provide coordination throughout the preliminary process including schematic design and approval, design development and approval, and construction document handling. This is designed to save time and money and permits a more efficient construction phase. Our construction phase services include all activities involved in coordinating and managing the construction to successful completion. We customize our services for each project according to the individual requirements of each client. |
