Construction Management Group
(SCC) was formed to provide professional and personalized Construction Management services
for projects throughout New York. We have served numerous Municipal, Educational,
Religious, and Commercial organizations. SCC
is dedicated to supplying the most effective management techniques for the planning and
construction of a project, from inception to completion, for the purpose of controlling
time, cost and quality. In addition, all three principals are licensed Architects, and
their continuous involvement with every project means that an experienced team is intimate
with the management of the entire construction project.
Our
experience and dedication have yielded proven results. SCC only works with New
York communities in their endeavors to improve Firehouses, Schools, Libraries and
Churches. This results in a depth of knowledge and experience that is unmatched in
the field of Construction Management. SCCs capabilities extend from
straightforward infrastructure improvements, to projects incorporating alterations,
additions and new construction. All of our projects have been completed without
compromising the on-going use of an in-service facility.
